Why the change?
Over the years people knew us more for Chewigem than Sensooli. It made sense to return to the brand everyone recognises. This lets us focus on making the shop easier to use, improving customer service and adding more sensory products without the confusion of two names.
Do i need a new account?
Yes.
Because we upgraded our systems, all customers need to create a new Chewigem account.
It only takes a moment and once it’s set up you will be able to see your orders, manage your details, and access the new rewards program.
What happens to my old Sensooli points?
You keep the value of your old points.
When you sign up for a new account you'll have to contact us so that we can apply your old points.
How the new system works
• You earn 1 point per £1 spent
• You can redeem 100 points for £3 off
• Points never expire as long as your account is active
When you create your new account, your converted point balance will appear automatically. If anything looks off just contact support and we will fix it.
Why did the rewards change?
The old system made upgrades difficult and caused issues for some customers. The new system is simpler, more reliable and easier for you to understand at a glance. It also lets us add new reward perks in the future.
What happens to my old orders?
Your previous Sensooli order history is still stored safely.
If you ever need details for a warranty or replacement, just contact us and we can find it for you.
What about subscriptions?
There are now no subscriptions.
What about discount codes?
All old discount codes will no longer work.
